‘Sterilized Cutting Board
Using KANEBO bacteria killer sterlization.
Natural wood finishing. Soft fitting makes the blade it easy to cut on the cutting board.
1. Softer than general white plastic cutting board, but this natural wood finishing is made out of plastic.
2. Perfect well on the cutting board and nice feeling, it feels like touching natural wood.
3. Hirano Sterilizing Cutting Board is uses the KANEBO bacteria killer, and is perfect for sterlization.
4. Thin cutting board changes colour depending on the sterilization.
Notes:
To keep the power of sterilization for cutting board, we highly recommend to always keep the surface clean and sometimes polishing the metal scrubbing brush. The sterilization does not work to the flaw some food sticks to the board. The colour will changed with constant use of Wasabi, Mustard, Garlic and etc, so please do not put them on the cutting board. It is important not to put the cutting board into the Sterilization Storage with ultraviolet rays. After use, wash with synthetic detergent using cold or hot water. Do not use with bleach and cholonic detergent.
